Lazada CEO Inanc Balci and Chief Marketing Officer Florian Holm were explain the brief history of their company and how they're able to stay at the top spot. Their two points were: (1) They deliver fast and on time. (2) They are the only ones that offer cash on delivery. People are always scared to order things online because it's usually not safe to input your credit card information. With the advanced technology, it's so easy for hackers to steal information.
