7 Cafes You Need to Visit in Singapore

The highlight of my trip to Singapore

I can't remember the last time I was in Singapore but I am sure that back then there were no cafes like the ones I'm about to share with you. All my Pinterest dreams came true when I discovered these hidden gems. They were quite a struggle to find but it was worth it. My best friend, Clarisse, is based in Singapore and she accompanied me to each and every one of the cafes. Both our hearts and tummies were full of love.

1. Open Farm Community
Address: 130E Minden Rd.

If you're into lush greens then this is the place for you. Open Farm Community looks like a big greenhouse. It's a great place to have brunch because the walls are glass. Natural lightning comes in beautifully.

Recommendations: Order the Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict for something savoury then finish with Buttermilk Pancakes after.

Buttermilk Pancakes, Roasted Bananas, Banana Ganache, Banana Ice Cream, Caramelized Walnuts

Curried Lamb Scotch Egg, Picked Red Cabbage, Madras Curry, and Mango Salsa

2. Punch
Address: 32 North Canal Rd.

This cafe is Cla's favorite. It's not as popular as the others which is great if you want some down time. You can catch up on work or read a book here while sipping on their special brewed coffee. I seriously love the interiors of this place. The color scheme is so me!

Recommendations: We didn't order any food. I just tried their Cafe Latte while Cla got a Cold Brew. Both were great!

3. The White Rabbit
Address: 39C Harding Rd.

It's called The White Rabbit during the day and turns into The Rabbit Hole (The Bar) at night. The place used to be an old chapel that they renovated into a restaurant. It's inspired by Alice in Wonderland. This would have to be my favorite place among all cafes that we visited.

Recommendations: The White Rabbit Fry Up

Eggs Any Style, Thick-Cut Bacon, Roasted Wine Cherry Tomatoes, Brioche Toast

Roast of the Day: Shakshuka

4. PS. Cafe
Address: 28B Harding Rd.

The perfect venue for a lunch out with your girls. It has the three f's: Fun, Flirty, and Feminine.

5. Plain Vanila
Address: 1D Yong Siak St.

Home of the best cupcakes in Singapore. Each bite is a piece of heaven. I had to stop myself from getting a second piece.

Recommendations: Chocolate Hazelnut or Red Velvet

They serve ice cream too!

6. Buofe Boutique Cafe
Address: 308 Tanglin Rd.

While Cla was at the office, I was looking for somewhere I could work while waiting. I found Boufe Boutique Cafe behind the universities. I couldn't find it at first but thankfully my Uber driver was able to.

Recommendations: Unicorn Cake

7. Looksee Looksee
Address: 267 Beach Rd.

The most Instagrammable place in all of Singapore would have to be the Looksee Looksee Cafe. Aside from having cute interiors, what makes them unique is that they only serve tea. It's ideally for people who like to read. They have a huge selection of books and magazines. Here, you get what you pay for. Literally. There are no prices. You just pay the amount of your choice.
