Manila has been waiting for the
lavish Okada
Manila to unveil the largest multicolor
fountain in the world. No one has seen it yet but it has been rumoured to be
the grand. We expect no less since the resort 44-hectare resort has the most spacious rooms that range from 55 to 74 sqm.
These rooms have advanced technologies such as DigiValet Service, an iPad
that controls amenities and even communicates to people outside including the
hotel's restaurant and concierge. The rates start at Php8,888 net.
Okada Manila is also home to more than
40 dining establishments. I am most excited for Michelin-star chef Hirofumi
Imamura's Japanese Kappou Imamura Restaurant and Red Spice Chinese Restaurant.
To start the celebration, Okada
Manila's The Fountain, will officially debut as the largest multicolor water fountain the
world, the first-of-its kind here in the Philippines. On top of that, Okada Manila is
bringing multi-awarded singer, songwriter and record producer Robin Thicke to
perform his hit songs on stage.
Asia’s Got Talent finalist and Filipino
classical singer Gerphil Flores along with the 40-piece Manila Philharmonic
Orchestra are also expected to wow the audience with their extraordinary and
world-class performances.
And the finale, Miss Universe 2015 Pia
Wurtzbach will get people even more thrilled as she hosts the grand unveiling
event.
Are you as excited as I am?
Save the date.
March 31, 2017.
