Chicken and Mushroom Risotto in Truffle Oil (P570)

Who here loves to eat? It's only now in my 20's that I learned how to enjoy good food. My childhood consisted of mostly Jollibee spaghetti, Potato Corner fries, processed meats and Piatos chips. My parents never stopped me from all these unhealthy food because I was a picky eater. As I got older, I was open to trying new things like duck, lamb, and crab. My tastebuds matured as I did too. Now I am constantly on the hunt for new restaurants on the rise through food blogs, social media, and referrals. I discovered FAT from my friend, Maxine Marcellino, who happens to be a food-slash-beauty blogger. She told me to check it out because she knew it was my type of food and the restaurant's interiors are #OOTD worthy. We started with the Soup of the Day which was a miso broth with crispy lechon bits. (No photos) For our main course, I had the chicken and mushroom risotto with truffle oil while Toby had the salpicao. Both exceeded our expectations. The meat was tender and the serving size was big. I'd rate it at a 4/5.  We were both too full to eat dessert. I recommend you to go during the day time so you can enjoy the view! I will definitely go back to try their salmon uni pasta.
