Pond's New Acne Clear Range
I was a teenager once--- I remember what a horror it was to get sudden break outs. Back in high school, appearance was so important especially during special events like prom or ball. Pond's just discovered the latest technology that promises to get improve acne in just three days. The face of this campaign is no other than Julia Barretto. She shares her story battling acne together with her sister, Claudia, and her good friend, Alexa.
L'Oreal Professional's Majirel French Brown
L'Oreal Professional hosted the very first hair show in the country. The Fort Shangri-La Grand Ballroom was filled with over 400 guests to witness this monumental occasion. Hair stylist Berni Ottjes wowed the audience with his three looks using the new hair color Majirel French Brown. (Which is my hair color now too!)

Pop Retail Lab Opens in Powerplant Mall
As much as I love shopping online, I still prefer to be able to see the item that I'm buying before hand. Sadly not all online shops have physical stores. For the month of August until December, you can find a bunch of online shops like Crisp Studio, Olivia and Fifth, and Beyond the Beach in Pop Retail Lab. It's now open in Powerplant Mall. This doesn't happen often so don't miss the opportunity!
Rayban #ItTakesCourage
The past decade Rayban's motto was Never Hide but this year, they decided to change it to something even bolder, #ItTakesCourage. I think it is apt for today's generation of risk takers. People now are more adventurous, outgoing, open minded and love a good party! Rayban threw an underground party in Vinyl on Vinyl.
"There aren't any authentic Brazilian restaurants here in Manila." said by Fabio Ide, one of Boteco's owners. They took it upon themselves to introduce Brazilian cuisine to the Filipinos. A typical meal in Brazil would consist of rice and beans, a staple in their diet. During dinner, I noticed that the food had different tastes, textures and colors and that they like their liquor strong.

Aveeno in the Philippines
Aveeno started as a brand for babies but of course, when you're a mom, you first test the product on yourself to make sure it is safe for your kid. Moms not only approved of the Aveeno but they even use it on themselves specifically these four mothers in the photo below.
iFlix Playlist Launch
I have a confession to make--- I am addicted to watching shows! I end my day in bed with iFlix on my laptop. It's the best way for me to relax and get a good night's sleep.
