Let me start this entry by saying that blogging IS very much a real job. Bloggers should be given as much respect as lawyers, doctors, teachers, etc. Maybe we aren't as important because we don't save lives but that doesn't give anyone the right to look down on us or think dumb. I took up Legal Management at Ateneo de Manila University for college. I do have a brain. My family and the rest of the world thought I was going to be a lawyer. When I told them that it wasn't for me, they weren't disappointed but they just wanted to make sure that I knew what direction my life life was going. I found my place in blogging. I've been blogging for almost three years now. I have thought about considering making it my full time job but I want to try other things before I make that decision. I just recently got hired under Rustans Commercial Center as an Events Specialist for the Cosmetics department. I think the position is right up my alley. It could help me build connections and take my blog to the next level. It will still give me the freedom to blog but probably not as often. I can't wait to embark on this new chapter of my life. This definitely calls for a celebration!
