My first time in Legazpi, Albay with Skin Station

The best thing about my job is that I get to travel to new places. For Skin Station's newest campaign, they sent Angel, Sandy, Dei, and I to Legazpi, Albay to shoot a video. It was my first time exploring the province of Albay. I was so excited- another place in the Philippines to tick off my list. Our schedule was jam-packed with activities from morning until night. It was tiring but worth it!

As soon as we arrived, we drove straight to Misibis Bay Resort to check in. It took an hour from Legazpi to Misbis.

Our first shoot was by the beach which was fitting for the four of us because we're all beach babies.

We took the speed boat to cruise around the bay. We were all matching in white!

On our second day, we went to SM Legazpi for the opening of Skin Station's 60th branch.

On our third and last day, we had to wake up early for our 6 am call time. We were hiking up Quitinday Hills. On our way there, Mount Mayon greeted us. We stepped out of the car to take photos before she went back in hiding. It's rare to see Mayon's tip so if you see it, consider yourself lucky! It's an old superstition that if you see the tip of the mountain, it's a sign that you're going to get married.

After that exhausting hike, we went to visit the Cagsawa Ruins. Back in the 1800s, Mount Mayon erupted and buried the town of Cagsawa including the church. Now you can only see a part of it left.

Our last activity was definitely my favorite one. We rode the ATV around Mount Mayon. I was hesitant at first because I suck at driving. I was scared that I'd get into an accident but after the first few minutes, I got the adrenaline rush.
